Warmth

It sounds cliche, but spending time with this family last weekend really warmed my heart :) They welcomed their baby girl into the family 3 months ago, and happiness and love just radiated from their home. I hope you can feel it in this photos!

As you may (or may not!) know, I am due with my second baby boy at the end of March! We are all so excited to meet the newest member of our family, but in the past month or so there has been some concern that the baby may be born a little TOO soon. To help prevent that from happening, I've been told to limit my activity level as much as possible. Those of you who have worked with me before have witnessed the amount of running around/lifting/chasing/being silly that is involved in a photo shoot...which is why I need to limit my photo sessions to newborns or adults until the Spring.

I will miss playing with all of those adorable toddlers out there for the next few months, but I hope that this will give me a chance to focus on my tiniest models for a little while! I've gotten lots of new newborn props/blankets/etc. that I'm excited to try out, so I'm offering an incentive for anyone who books a newborn session during the month of February - a free $40 print credit on any full-length session! This will get you a TON of prints (about 7 8x10's, or 13 5x7's, or combine any sizes to make a perfect package for your family!). Of course, you'll still get all of the original, hi-res, fully retouched files to keep forever!

***Please remember that newborn sessions are best when they are booked as close to the birth as possible - ideally within the first 10 days. If you are interested in a session, just let me know your due date and we'll try to fit you in as soon as your little angel joins your family!
